Ambassador Faily discussed the necessary role of examining the culture and structural elements to facilitate the work done at the Ministry of Oil and examined the architecture of project management vs. programme management.
Further, the Ambassador discussed the importance of identifying strategies, systems, behaviors and structures when looking at the effectiveness and efficiency of programme management.
