MOFA Spokesperson: MOFA Strongly Condemns the Criminal Attack that Targeted Innocent Worshippers in Saint Mark’s Cathedral, Cairo

“Iraqi Ministry of Foreign Affairs strongly condemns the criminal terrorist attack that targeted innocent worshippers in Saint Mark’s Coptic Orthodox Cathedral, Abbassia District, Cairo. On behalf of the Iraqi Government and people, the ministry reiterates standing by the brotherly Egyptian Government and people in countering terrorism against all attempts to impinge its internal security, national unity and the safety of its citizens. We also convey our deepest sympathies and sincere condolences to the families of the martyrs, wishing the injured a speedy recovery.”
