Iraq helps university students with $381 million in grants
The Iraqi Ministry of Higher Education allocated funds to help university students finance their undergraduate and graduate studies.
The Iraqi Ministry of Higher Education recently announced the allocation of 444 billion dinars ($381 million) in grants to help university students finance their undergraduate and graduate studies.
“The grants will be distributed to students retroactively as of the beginning of the current academic year,” a ministry statement said. The grants will go to students at 20 Iraqi universities across the country, the statement said.
